Where does your pollen data come from?
We use highly accurate, regional environmental data models that combine historical averages, live weather conditions, and active monitoring stations. This allows us to provide a granular breakdown of tree, grass, and weed pollen levels rather than just a generic "High" or "Low" rating.
How does the symptom diary work?
The symptom diary allows you to log the severity of your hay fever symptoms each day. After you've logged a few days of data, Achoo compares your symptom severity against the local pollen breakdown to help identify which specific types of pollen trigger your allergies the most.
How do I cancel my Achoo+ subscription?
Because Achoo+ subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, we cannot cancel them on your behalf. To cancel: Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Tap your name at the top → Tap Subscriptions → Tap Achoo+ → Tap Cancel Subscription.
How can I request data deletion?
If you would like to delete your account and all associated symptom diary data, you can do this directly within the Achoo app by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
